Semlor (plural, semla is singular) are a traditional Swedish item eaten leading up to and on Shrove Tuesday/Fat Tuesday! It’s a cardamom brioche bun filled with an almond paste mixture, and topped with whipped cream.*

This particular version will be topped with Caffè Panna’s famous panna (please note the photo shown is not with their panna, so there might be a slight difference in appearance)!
