In this interview, we're talking to Brooklyn based band, Nation of Language (Ian Richard Devaney, Aidan Noell and Michael Sue-Poi), at the Governors Ball Music Festival in New York City, to get their top food picks from their favorite NYC restaurants.

It’s not only because they’re a local Brooklyn band that I think these guys are cool, it’s because they’re super down to earth and were a lot of fun to get to talk to. The area we were in was a disaster of noise pollution, so a bunch of our audio wasn’t usable (booooo). So I’ll let you know what you missed! We also chatted about easy recipes that acted as go-to staples during the pandemic, and that getting into the sourdough bread game isn’t for everyone. I got the run down on their favorite local restaurants, which I haven’t visited before, so I’m excited to put those on my list of new places to try.
