When To Cut Brownies?
In my series of brownie questions, one of the top questions was, “When To Cut Brownies?”.
Timing is everything when cutting brownies! It’s just one of those things where, you have to patient for them to cool completely first. There are a couple exceptions, you can find below:
Wait at least 30 minutes after baking.
For the best results, let them cool for at least 1 hour at room temperature before slicing.
If these are just for personal consumption, and you want really gooey, fudgy brownies that are warm:
Wait 15 minutes or so after baking, just enough to set slightly.
If patience isn’t your thing, dig in while they’re warm, but if you want picture-perfect brownies, let them cool completely before slicing!
