Homemade Cheese Pizza

Homemade pizza is way easier than you might think! Steps below, sub in whatever ready-made stuff you want, if that helps you out! Click the photo for the video with the steps!

For the dough:
Whisk together
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-2 tsp baking powder and
-3/4 tsp salt
Stir in
-1 cup Greek yogurt
It'll be pretty tacky/sticky, but should definitely hold it's shape- put it aside, and you can use the extra flour that you might need when you're kneading it/rolling it out (I needed at least a couple tablespoons more of flour).

Preheat your oven to 500F with your cast iron skillet inside (empty).

For the sauce:
-15oz/1 can plain tomato sauce
-6oz/small can tomato paste
-1 tsp sugar
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp pepper
Then, the rest of the spices are flexible and to taste- I used:
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp onion powder
-1 TBS rosemary
-1/2 tsp thyme
I ran out of oregano, or else I would have added some- if you've got it, add 1 TBS of that.

Carefully remove your skillet from the oven once it's preheated and put a couple TBS of olive oil in it.
Carefully press in your pizza dough into the skillet and top with your sauce and whatever toppings you want! Then just use a little of the olive oil to brush the outer crust.
Bake on the lowest rack for 10mins, then bake on the top rack for 2-3mins more.
